Anger - The worst enemy

Anger – what is this word all about.  In real sense it is the worst enemy of a human being.  Anger is nothing but irritation, annoyance, frustration etc.  Well it is said or even experienced that a man speaks the truth when he is angry.  If you fight with someone and that person gets angry on you, it won’t take much time for him to speak the truth about you in front of other people, which you won’t like to be disclosed in front of those people.  Anger arises out of many things like stress, irritation, unwanted things happening around you, fight with someone, arguments, things not getting completed on time etc.
World would have been such a good place, if there was no anger existing.  The main cause of every problem is anger.  Wars, terrorism and many more unwanted things are happening because of anger within people or within countries.  Anger really makes you a different person altogether.  You must be a kind of very calm and quiet person in nature, but suddenly if something wrong happens, you will become violent.  Anger is the main cause of stress and nowadays most of the diseases are happening because of stress like high blood pressure, diabetes etc.
Well now let’s talk something professional life as far as anger is concerned.  Well if you want to be a successful person at your work place, you need to have a good control over your anger, whether you are a boss or an employee in a firm.  Well as an employee if you do not control anger, you end up getting things working against you.  There are many things which will sometime go wrong for you, so you can’ afford to be angry on such things.  Because it will end up making you stressed and if you are stressed your performance will be affected.  Well if you are a boss, you need to be more careful when anger comes into picture.  If you are on angry on your employees, then they will be unhappy to work under you. If they are unhappy then they will be demotivated and a demotivated employee can never give good performance and the most important job of a manager or boss is to get work done effectively by its employees.
You do need to control anger for a successful life and here are some of the following things by which you can control anger which are known as stress management techniques.
·        Relaxation–this is at the top of the list for managing anger. Learning the techniques of physical relaxation can do so many good things for you.
·        Breathing–this could even come before relaxation. It’s really a toss-up which is more important, so why not do both!.
·        Optimism  - Research has shown consistently that people who are optimistic have lower stress. So, how do you get optimistic when you have so much stress? Well, the main thing is to focus on what’s good, right and working in your life.
Well that’s it for now for anger, and there is much more to talk about anger, but I need to get angry again for that, so that I can think and analyse something about anger, just kidding guys.  Will soon write something about it, when will come across different situations.

Niyaz - The way I am

Well school days were really great, but college was rocking for me.  Lectures were supposed to be bunked and not attend was a rule which we made in our college.  Then passed graduation and started working.  It was a great experience - a person who never woke up at 10 in the morning, had to get up at 5:30 to go for work.  This was the time to be disciplined and exactly what I did.  Enjoyed work a lot, as we used to also have fun + work + money.  Things get better as days pass by, but still we crib that those days were great.  Live life and enjoy it rather than cribbing.  That is what i want to tell you all guys.

Now something about me as a person - never interact with people soon.  But once start interacting - then never stop.  Like to have fun and going to the gym is my passion.  Quite a health concious person, and salman khan is my inspiration.  One thing which i don't like is politics and bitching.

Well let's back to the health part.  Well I always try to take some time out and make it a point that I go to the gym, regularly.  If not regularly, then once a week or make sure that whenever I get time from my work commitments, I go to the gym.  The most enjoying workout for me is the bicep and tricep workout.  I just love doing it.  I wantto have a lean physic that is why I also do a lot of cardio stuff.

Well that's it from me, from what I can explain something about me.
